Ingredients
100 ml
milk
5 g
matcha powder
100 g
white chocolate
300 ml
Heavy Cream min. 32% fat
Steps to prepare
1.
Break the white chocolate into pieces. Heat the cream with 100 ml milk and mix with the white chocolate.
2.
Remove the liquid from the heat and stir in 5 g of matcha powder with a whisk until it is completely dissolved.
3.
Pour directly into a 0.5 litre iSi appliance through the iSi funnel & sieve, screw on1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously.
4.
Serving suggestion: Serve the matcha mousse topping on a matcha latte.
