Steps to prepare

Fill the iSi Soda Siphon with cold water.

Screw on 1 iSi soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Pour the Prosecco into a large wine glass and add the Aperol and tonic water. Top up with soda water from the iSi Soda Siphon and garnish with lemon slices.

iSi Tip

Add fresh mint leaves before serving. These give the drink an extra freshness and a hint of herbal flavor. For a special twist, you can use fresh currants as a garnish.
