Steps to prepare

Coconut Espuma
Mix coconut water, coconut syrup, and Pro Espuma and strain through iSi Funnel & Strainer directly into a 0.5 L iSi creamer. 1 Unscrew iSi Cream Capsule and shake vigorously.

Can Filler
Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail into a tumbler with ice, top with coconut espuma, and garnish with pink pepper.

For the Coconut Espuma
For a 1 L iSi unit, double the ingredients. Screw on 2 iSi cream capsules in succession and shake vigorously after each capsule. If using a 0.25 L iSi device, please halve the ingredients.
