creamed horseradish

Cream
Steps to prepare
1.
Blend all ingredients using a hand blender or a stand mixer. Then strain the entire mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 L iSi Whip.
2.
Attach an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 12-14 times.
3.
Chill the iSi Whip in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
