Ingredients
20 g
diced lime
400 ml
Water
100 ml
lemon juice
100 ml
gin
1 pcs.
stem(s) of basil
100 g
sugar syrup
Steps to prepare
1.
Let the liquid ingredients cool, then pour them into
the bottle.
2.
Then, add the solid ingredients. Do not exceed the
maximum fill quantity of 720 ml.
3.
Insert an iSi Sparklets Soda Charger into the wand
and screw it onto the bottle until it fizzes.
4.
Leave the wand on the bottle until the foam has
settled and the fizzing has stopped.
5.
Enjoy on ice!
