Martini Rubino Wermut

Steps to prepare

Fill the iSi Sodamaker Classic or an iSi Soda Siphon with cold water. 1 Screw on the iSi Soda Siphon and shake vigorously.

Add the remaining ingredients, except for the Martini Rubino, to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail into a bulbous glass and top with fresh soda water from the iSi Sodamaker Classic / iSi Soda Siphon.

Finally, slowly pour Martini Rubino over the top and garnish with a sprig of sage.

iSi Tip

For particularly sparkling soda water, chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
