Ingredients
240 g
goat cream cheese
75 ml
vegetable stock
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
pepper
100 ml
cream, 33% fat
100 g
sour cream
Steps to prepare
1.
Puree all ingredients finely with a hand blender or in a mixer.
2.
Then pour the entire mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 12-14 times.
3.
Place the Whip in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and shake vigorously again before use.
