Nitro Elderberry Bellini

Ingredients

50 ml

elderflower syrup

200 ml

black elderberry juice

50 ml

egg white

700 ml

Prosecco

Steps to prepare

1.

Stir in all ingredients and then pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve into the iSi Nitro.

2.

Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger, shake eight times.

3.

Pour straight into a glass.
