120 ml
Heavy Cream min. 32% fat
1 pinch
pepper
1 pinch
salt
Steps to prepare
1.
Pour through iSi funnel & sieve into a 0.5 L iSi unit, screw on 1 iSi cream capsule and shake vigorously.
2.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before serving.
