Ingredients
100 g
Creme Fraiche
150 ml
vegetable stock
1 pinch
salt
15 g
Wasabi paste
300 g
peas
100 g
sour cream
1 pinch
pepper
Steps to prepare
1.
Briefly boil the frozen peas together with the broth.

After that, blend all ingredients using a hand blender or stand mixer until very smooth. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and wasabi paste.

Strain the mixture through the iSi funnel & sieve directly into a 0.5 L iSi Whip. Attach an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 12-14 times. Chill the iSi Whip for at least 3 hours before using and give it a shake before serving.
