Ingredients
1 pinch
lemon juice, freshly squeezed
150 ml
cream, 33% fat
100 g
Mascarpone
50 g
powdered sugar
3 pcs.
eggs (150g pasteurised)
100 g
QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream (from the fridge)
Steps to prepare
1.
Blend all the ingredients together using a hand blender or stand mixer.
2.
Pour the mixture into a 0.5 litre iSi Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 16 to 20 times.
3.
Place the whipper in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and shake again before first use.
Pairing tip: The iSi Tiramisu Cream is perfect as a layered dessert in a glass with egg biscuits and coffee or fresh fruit such as strawberries.
