Steps to prepare

Oatmeal
Mix the oat flakes, honey, and 1 pinch of salt and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast at 190 °C for approx. 8-12 min. until golden brown.

Chocolate Mousse
Scrape out the vanilla pod and mix the pulp with the remaining ingredients and puree finely in a stand mixer. Then pour through iSi Funnel & Strainer into a 0.5 L iSi Whip, screw on 1 iSi Cream Capsule, and shake vigorously. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
