Ingredients

vinegar
10 ml
olive oil
50 ml
vegan cream (31%)
200 ml
vegetable stock
60 g
Vegan Cream Cheese
260 g
Lentils cooked (tin)
Steps to prepare
1.
Blend all the ingredients together using a hand blender or stand mixer.
2.
Pour the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 litre iSi Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 16 to 20 times.
3.
Leave to chill in the fridge for 3 hours and shake again before first use.
Food pairing tip: Use as a dip with smoked tofu or simply to nibble on with raw vegetable sticks.
