Ingredients

vegan butter
5 g
cane sugar
10 g
flour
0.5 pcs.
garlic clove(s)
50 g
tomato paste
150 ml
vegan cream (31%)
200 g
vegan sieved tomatos
50 g
Onion, finely diced
100 ml
vegetable stock
1 pinch
Salt and pepper from the mill
Steps to prepare
1.
Sauté the onion in butter until lightly browned, briefly fry the tomato puree and dust with flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil briefly. Keep on a low heat for 2 minutes and season the sauce to taste.

Put straight into an iSi Whip using an iSi Funnel & Sieve. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 16-18 times.
3.
Serve in portions as needed.
