Ingredients
30 g
Parmesan, planed
20 ml
lime juice
300 ml
milk
60 g
mayonnaise
60 ml
Rapeseed Oil
30 g
mustard
30 g
White Bread, decrusted
60 g
crème fraîche
Steps to prepare
1.
Blend all the ingredients together using a hand blender or stand mixer.
2.
Pour the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 litre iSi Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 16 to 20 times.
3.
Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes and shake again before first use.
