Insert the gasket into the head of the appliance.
Push the head valve into the head of the appliance.
Screw the spout onto the head valve as far as it will go.

Step-by-step guide
Squeeze the lever until the Creative Whip is fully emptied and de-pressurized. Unscrew the head and spout.
Hold down the plastic end of the head valve inside the head. Afterward, the head valve can be removed from the head.
Remove the gasket from inside the head.
