How to use your iSi Dessert Whip
Step-by-step guide
Pull the silicone sleeve over the bottle. The sleeve is just a decorative feature, and is not required for full functionality.
Pour the cold mixture into the bottle. We recommend using our iSi funnel & sieve to keep back any solids or seeds. Keep an eye on the maximum fill capacity and use a measuring cup to ensure the best possible results.
Insert the gasket into the head of the appliance and push the head valve into the head. Screw the adapter onto the head valve and the spout onto the adapter. Place the head straight on the opening and screw on tight. Place an original iSi Charger inside the capsule holder.

How to clean your iSi Dessert Whip
Step-by-step guide
Squeeze the lever until the Dessert Whip is fully emptied and de-pressurized. Unscrew the head.
Hold the bottom part of the head valve and unscrew the adapter as well as the dustcap and the spout.
Remove the silicone sleeve.
