Pro Espuma Cold
400 ml
Prosecco
50 ml
elderflower syrup
Steps to prepare
1.
Mix the Prosecco and elderflower syrup and blend in the Pro Espuma.
2.
Strain through iSi funnel & sieve directly into a 0.5 L iSi unit. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 14 times.
3.
Chill the filled unit in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
