tiramisù syrup
30 ml
Amaretto syrup
100 ml
milk
200 g
Mascarpone
150 ml
Cream min. 36% fat
Steps to prepare
1.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.

Then pour the entire mixture into a 0.5 L iSi Whipper. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 12-14 times.

Then chill the iSi Whipper in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
4.
Top your Café Latte with the Tiramisu Topping.
