Place 250g butter in a saucepan together with 100 ml stock, 20 ml lemon juice and 10 ml vinegar. Heat it up.

Step 2

Mix in a tall measuring cup 4 egg yolks, 1 egg and 4 g Magic Texturizer. Add the mass to the hot ingredients while mixing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3
