strawberry syrup

Steps to prepare

Wash and quarter the strawberries. Briefly wash the mint.

Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into the iSi Twist'n Sparkle together with the remaining ingredients and carbonate with an iSi Soda Charger.

Wait 2 minutes before opening.

For the extra fizz, chill the drink well and then carbonate it.
