Steps to prepare

Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. Strain the mixture through iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L iSi Whipper. Screw on one iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a hot pan. Portion the dough directly into the hot pan and sprinkle with raisins preserved in rum. Cover and let bake over medium heat, turning over when the batter is golden brown.

Let the second side bake and then tear the dough into pieces with two spoons.
Serve hot with powdered sugar and applesauce.
