Lillet Blanc
400 ml
clear raspberry juice
500 ml
Cold Brew Cacao
Steps to prepare
1.
Stir in the Cold Brew Cacao and the other ingredients and then pour into the iSi Nitro.
2.
Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger, shake eight times.
3.
Pour straight into a glass. Use a second iSi Nitro Charger for a more intense taste experience.

Recipe Cold Brew Cacao:
- 1 l (33.8 fl. oz) water
- 60 g (2.1 oz.) cacao nibs
- 20 g (2 tbsp.) cacao powder
Add the cacao nibs and cacao powder to 250 ml (8.5 fl. oz) of boiling water and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Top up with 750 ml (25 fl. oz) cold water and leave to cool for at least 12 hours.
Strain through a coffee filter or a paper towel.
