Peach Ginger Spritz

Ingredients

lemon juice

piece of ginger

peach(es)
500 ml
Water
200 g
granulated sugar
Steps to prepare

Wash the peaches, remove the seeds and cut into coarse pieces. Peel the ginger and cut into coarse slices. Bring the peaches and ginger together with the water and citric acid to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat until the peaches are soft. Remove the ginger slices and puree the peaches. Strain and bring the peach puree to a boil with the sugar and let the syrup reduce again for about 10 minutes. Pour the hot syrup into sterilized bottles and seal well.
Makes about 750ml.

Fill water and syrup to taste into the iSi Twist'n Sparkle and carbonate with an iSi Soda Charger.
Wait 2 minutes before opening.
