Cream
10 g
honey
50 g
peanut butter
120 ml
milk
1 tsp
chai tea powder
Steps to prepare
1.
Bring milk with peanut butter, chai tea and honey to a boil and steep for 8 minutes. Remove the tea bag and mix the remaining mass.
2.
Stir in the cream and strain directly through an iSi sieve and funnel into a 0.25 liter iSi Whip and chill for at least 6 hours.
3.
Screw on an iSi Professional Charger, shake approx. 10 times and serve over a coffee.
Easily double the ingredients with a 0.5 liter iSi Whip.
