Steps to prepare
1.
Cut the onions into small pieces and sweat them lightly in the butter. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 3 minutes.

Then pour in the liquids and simmer for 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Season to taste with the spices and sour cream and finely puree with a blender together with the Magic Texturizer.
