Ingredients

Magic Texturizer

vegetable stock

mushrooms
20 g
butter
80 g
Onion, finely diced
1 pinch
pepper
150 g
sour cream
150 ml
milk
Steps to prepare
1.
Sauté onions in butter until translucent, add the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté until no more liquid is released.

Add the liquid ingredients, simmer on low heat for 2 minutes while stirring constantly. Season with spices and sour cream, and blend with the Magic Texturizer in a mixer to create a fine sauce.

Pour the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Attach an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 16 to 18 times.
