Ingredients

vegetable stock
150 ml
vegan cream (31%)
20 g
Pomegranate Syrup
5 g
sweet paprika powder
200 g
Red Grilled Pepper (canned)
1 pinch
salt
2 g
agar-agar
1 pinch
pepper
50 g
tomato paste
3 g
Garlic Powder
Steps to prepare
1.
Slowly heat the agar-agar with the vegetable broth while constantly stirring until the liquid begins to thicken.

Puree the remaining ingredients using an immersion blender or regular blender into a fine, homogeneous mixture, and stir in the vegetable broth.

Afterwards, pour the entire mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 L iSi Creative Whip. Attach an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 18 times.
4.
Then refrigerate the device for at least 3 hours, and shake vigorously again before using.

iSi Tip
If the mixture isn't firm enough, shake it 2-3 more times. If the agar-agar has solidified the mixture, it may help to briefly heat the iSi Creative Whip with warm water. This helps to release the mixture from the inside of the bottle.
