Steps to prepare

For a 0.25 L Whip, finely puree the buttermilk with the fresh raspberries and honey using a blender.

Then mix the mixture with the cream and pour directly through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.25 L iSi Whip.
3.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 8 times.
