Ingredients
50 ml
almond milk
250 g
strawberry (strawberries)
50 ml
strawberry syrup
200 ml
vegan cream (31%)
Steps to prepare
1.
Blend all the ingredients together using a hand blender or stand mixer.
2.
Pour the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 8 to 12 times.
3.
Leave to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and shake again before first use.
Food pairing tip: The mousse can be served as a stand-alone dessert with fresh strawberries and a little biscuit crumble in a glass, or as the perfect Sunday breakfast with fresh waffles.
