balsamic vinegar, white
100 ml
milk
160 ml
Cream
140 g
Qimiq Whip Vanille
90 g
white chocolate
Steps to prepare
1.
Heat the white chocolate in a saucepan with the milk, cream and balsamic vinegar and melt.
2.
Then add the QimiQ Whip Vanilla to the liquid using a hand blender and blend to a homogeneous mass.
3.
Then pour the entire mass through iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 L iSi Whip. Screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 20 times.
