Ingredients
170 ml
oat milk
15 g
cocoa powder
15 ml
maple syrup
120 g
Dark Chocolate (70%)
200 ml
vegan cream (31%)
Steps to prepare
1.
Heat the milk with the maple syrup once, and then dissolve the cocoa powder and chocolate in it. Stir in the cold vegan cream and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Whisk again until smooth and pour into a 0.5 liter iSi Whipper.
3.
Screw on an iSi Professional Charger, shake vigorously 16- 20 times, and serve cold.
